General Program Questions

Can I purchase a Platinum plan for my current vehicle?

No, you must purchase the program when you buy a new vehicle from Motorcars Toyota.

What other Toyota dealers offer the Customer For Life Rewards Program?

None. Motorcars is the only Toyota-Honda-Scion dealership in Ohio with these benefits.

Which plan gives me a complimentary rental vehicle?

The Platinum plan gives you one day complimentary rental while your vehicle is in for maintenance (must be 21 years or older for rental vehicle).

How long is the program good for?

The program is good for four years with the exception of the “Batteries For Life” and “Motorcare Powertrain” guarantee. They are good for 10 years or 100,000 miles (which ever comes first).

Program Features and Details

Is the program transferable?

The program is not transferable, however the points can be transferred to anyone you would like.

How do I get my Platinum detail?

You will receive a certificate in the mail yearly for your detail. Once you receive the certificate you simply make an appointment with our service department.

How do I get my complimentary car washes as a Platinum Customer?

Pull into service during business hours and show your Platinum key tag to one of our valets.

How do I get roadside assistance?

Call the 800 number on the back of your key tag. This service is only available with in 25 miles of the dealership.

Do I have to do all of my factory recommended maintenance in order to keep my “Batteries For Life” and “Motorcare Powertrain Guarantee” in effect?

Yes you must do all of your factory recommended maintenance at a Motorcars Service Location.

Points

How much are the points worth?

ach point is worth $1 towards the purchase of a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.

How do I earn points in service?

You will receive 15% of every dollar spent in service, parts, or our detail department on your card. Ex: If your service bill is $100, we will credit your account with 15 points.

How can I earn points other than in service?

You receive points just for signing up for the program, referring other customers, and new owner workshops.

How do I get my 150 point for referring my friends and family members?

Simply fill out a certificate in the back of our program (or download here) and present it to your sales person at time of sale. We will then credit your account with 150 points.

How many people can I refer?

You can refer as many people as you want.
